Claudine Ellis has been a real estate practitioner for 15 years. Her goal as a real estate professional is to serve her clients, put their needs first and give them an outstanding buying experience. Mrs. Ellis is extremely passionate about the real estate industry and strongly believes real estate is an extension of who she is. Claudine is not only a real estate practitioner but also an investor who currently owns several properties by way the “buy and hold” approach. She has been one of Coastal Virginia’s Top agents since the inception of her career. Throughout her career, Claudine has specialized in New Construction and successfully earned the Diamond Award—the highest award achievable for agents who produce over $10 million in real estate sales. Additionally, every year she has been a recipient the Circle of Excellence Award.
Claudine Ellis was named the 2016 Number 1 Individual Platinum Agent in Hampton Roads and is the Number 1 Individual Agent in her market center at Keller Williams Coastal Virginia.

Education is paramount to Claudine's success. Education is so important to her that she stays on top of her craft by constantly pursuing real estate designations so that she is abreast of the current changes in the industry. She has earned her Broker License as well as the following designations:

She is working on her second book, however, she is a published author of "Removing the Fear of Investing in Real Estate" published by Maximillion Press Book Publishers. Moreover, She has appeared on Builder Radio as an expert in real estate. Each month she is featured on two major television stations: WTKR New Channel 3 and WAVY TV 10 as the Coastal Virginia Real Estate Expert.
Claudine is very involved in the real estate community. In addition to being a former member of the National Association of Realtors, she was Chair of the New Homes Council, was an active Board member for Hampton Roads Realtor Association and was on the Board of Governors for the National Association of Home Builders. Mrs. Ellis is licensed to teach by the Department of Professional Occupational Regulations (DPOR).
Prior to falling in love with Real Estate, Mrs. Ellis was the owner of a Verizon Wireless Franchise in Virginia Beach. She served as the Director of Admissions at Hampton Roads Academy. Furthermore, she taught as an Adjunct Professor at Norfolk State University.
Mrs. Ellis knows the importance of giving back to her community. She is a volunteer director and videographer for the Voice of Revival program broadcasted world-wide—and has been doing so for over 15 years for Calvary Revival Church. Additionally, Claudine has also volunteered at the USO on Little Creek Military Base serving the Military Troops. In 2016, she spearheaded the Flint Michigan Water project and was recognized by both the City of Flint and Keller Williams where she received the Culture Award. Claudine recently participated in the Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts.
